After redemption, the share capital amounts to 10,854,000 euros, divided into 10,854,000 registered no-par value shares with a notional nominal value of 1.00 euro each. In consideration of the merger with SGT Capital Pte. Ltd. and the name change of GSG in SGT German Private Equity GmbH & Co.
