Helvetica plans a capital increase for the HSO Fund

Zurich, March 4, 2022 - The fund management company plans a capital increase with subscription rights for the Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund 

As part of the HSO Fund's growth strategy, the fund management company plans to carry out a capital increase with subscription rights of approximately CHF 40 million at the end of March 2022. The purchase of properties in line with the strategy with a total value of just under CHF 120 million is currently under review, of which around CHF 30 million has already been secured.

The exact terms of the planned capital increase will be announced mid-March 2022 shortly before the start of the subscription period. The HSO Fund is aimed at qualified investors and is traded over-the-counter by Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd.
