Capital increase of Helvetica Swiss Opportunity Fund significantly oversubscribed

The capital increase for the HSO Fund, which took place between March 21 and 31, 2022, was significantly oversubscribed and successfully completed with proceeds of CHF 39.7 million. A total of 312,500 new shares will be issued at an issue price of CHF 126.91 net per share. After the capital increase, the number of shares outstanding amounts to 1'562'500. The payment will take place today, April 07, 2022. The capital increase was carried out on a commission basis (best effort basis) as part of a rights offering in Switzerland with a subscription ratio of 4:1. No official rights trading took place during the subscription period. "The capital increase was successfully executed and significantly oversubscribed due to high investor demand.
