SLR Group GmbH informs about the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements 23/24

St. Leon-Rot, November 14, 2024 – The SLR Group GmbH, in consultation with the auditing firm KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, informs that in view of the fact that the audit process has not yet been completed, the final, audited consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) for the short fiscal year 23/24 will be published by November 27, 2024.

The company also announces that the figures for the first quarter of the 24/25 fiscal year will be published as planned on November 29, 2024.
