FairCap acquires Stumpp + Schüle GmbH from Lesjöfors AB Munich, December 21st, 2023 – FairCap has successfully completed the acquisition of Stumpp + Schüle GmbH from Lesjöfors AB, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma AB. Stumpp + Schüle GmbH (“Stumpp + Schüle”) is a German manufacturer of wire springs, pressings, and bending parts with a long heritage dating back to 1934. Its blue-chip customers are mainly active in the automotive, electronics, and glass and ceramics sectors. The company is headquartered in Beuren (Germany). After FairCap’s acquisition of S & P Federnwerk GmbH & Co. KG (“S & P Federnwerk”) in 2021 and its subsequent successful transformation, the acquisition of Stumpp + Schüle marks the second acquisition in the wire springs and pressings industry by FairCap.
