The vacancy on the Supervisory Board is to be filled promptly by court appointment. Until a new Chairman is elected by the Supervisory Board, the Deputy Chairman, Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Bernhard Mager, will, in accordance with the Articles of Association and legal requirements, assume the duties of the Chairman.
