Allane SE: Significant improvement in earnings in the first quarter of 2025 and publication of the forecast for the full year 2025

Pullach, May 20, 2025 – Allane SE reported a significant increase in key financial performance indicators for the period from January to March 2025 compared to the same quarter of the previous year. The Group's contract portfolio as of March 31, 2025, amounted to 149,600 contracts (March 31, 2024: 125,100 contracts). Consolidated operating revenue¹ rose to EUR 194.5 million in the first quarter of 2025 (Q1 2024: EUR 175.5 million). Consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) increased to EUR 3.9 million in the same period (Q1 2024: EUR –4.8 million; all financial figures above are preliminary and unaudited). The significant growth in revenue and earnings is mainly attributable to the increase in the contract portfolio in the Captive Leasing segment. The full quarterly statement for Q1 2025 is expected to be published on May 30, 2025.

The development of the Allane Mobility Group's financial performance indicators in the first quarter is in line with the forecast announced here for the full year 2025. The Allane Mobility Group expects the following key figures for 2025:

• Group contract portfolio: 150,000 to 170,000 contracts (latest forecast for fiscal year 2024: 143,500 contracts)
• Consolidated operating revenue¹: EUR 570 million to EUR 620 million (latest forecast for fiscal year 2024: EUR 455 million to EUR 460 million)
• Earnings before taxes (EBT): low double-digit million euro amount (latest forecast for fiscal year 2024: –47 million to –52 million euros)

Allane Mobility Group's assessment is based on a positive expected market development and the successful implementation of internal measures to increase efficiency. Allane SE continues to expect that the audited annual and consolidated financial statements will be published by the end of the 24th calendar week of 2025 at the latest.
