Brainlab SE postpones planned IPO

Munich, July 1, 2025— Brainlab SE and the selling shareholders decided today to postpone the planned IPO and listing of Brainlab SE. The start of trading of Brainlab SE’s shares in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange was scheduled for Thursday, July 3, 2025. An IPO at a later time remains under consideration by Brainlab and the selling shareholders.
