A new addition to the HÖRMANN management team

Kerstin Schreiber is to be appointed to the management of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH effective 1 May 2026.

Kirchseeon, 15 April 2026 – HÖRMANN Industries GmbH (corporate bond, ISIN: NO0012938325) is announcing changes to its corporate management team that will help to make targeted advancements in the long-term development of the corporate group. Effective 1 May 2026, Kerstin Schreiber will be appointed to the management of HÖRMANN Industries GmbH, adding to her existing responsibilities as CEO of Funkwerk AG. This will complete the HÖRMANN Group’s process of restructuring the management of its holding company with the aim of putting the corporate group in the best possible position to face the challenges that the future holds.

HÖRMANN Industries GmbH operates in four business divisions: Automotive, Communication, Intralogistics and Engineering. The corporate group combines approximately 30 companies within the HÖRMANN Industries GmbH organisation and its objective is to pool the strengths of those companies and ensure their long-term competitiveness. Gathering specific skills and expertise within one organisation is becoming ever more important, especially in light of increasing digitalisation, artificial intelligence and automation.
