Dexus Chair, Warwick Negus said: “Penny has been an Independent non-executive Director of Dexus since June 2014. She has been a valuable member of various committees including the Board Nomination Committee, Board Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and the Board People & Remuneration Committee, for which Penny acted as Chair. “We would like to extend our thanks to Penny for her significant contribution to Dexus.” Following Ms Bingham-Hall’s departure, the Board will have seven Directors comprising six Independent Directors and one Executive Director. A search is underway for the appointment of a non-executive director.
