EQS-Ad-hoc: SLR Group GmbH / Key word(s): Annual Report SLR Group GmbH: Postponement of the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements 23/24 St. Leon-Rot, 29 October 2024 – The SLR Group GmbH announces that the publication of the final audited consolidated financial statements for the 23/24 financial year according to local GAAP HGB will be delayed and will not take place on 30 October 2024 as originally planned. The reason for this is that the audit of the financial statements by KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has been delayed for organisational and staffing reasons. However, the SLR Group GmbH expects the audit certificate to be issued by 15 November 2024 at the latest. According to pro forma figures, the SLR Group is expected to have achieved an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 24.8 million in the 23/24 financial year (FY 22/23: EUR 35.6 million). The adjusted EBITDA margin thus amounts 10.4% (FY 22/23: 12.4%). For the current financial year 24/25, the SLR Group expects that the sold tonnage to be around the 100-kilotonnes-per-annum mark and thus below the figures for the financial year 23/24.
