TEMPTON Personaldienstleistungen GmbH: Intended acquisition of the essential assets of TRIA Group

Essen, 19 August 2020, 18:00 hrs, - By agreement dated today, TEMPTON Personaldienstleistungen GmbH (WKN: A2YPE8 / ISIN: NO0010861792) and other companies of the TEMPTON Group, Essen, ("TEMPTON") have concluded contracts with various companies of the TRIA Group, Ingolstadt, ("TRIA"), for the acquisition of the essential assets of TRIA.

TRIA is one of the well-known German personnel service providers with a turnover in the financial year 2019 of approximately EUR 90 Million. TEMPTON will take over TRIA's operational business, which is supported by more than 30 branches and take over ca. 1,300 employees.

The closing of the purchase agreements is scheduled for September 1, 2020, 0:00 hours. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With the acquisition of TRIA, TEMPTON advances to the TOP 10 in the Lünendonk list of leading temporary employment agencies in Germany.
