Corporate News: 18.11.2024 Kastanienbaum, November 18, 2024 – Green Logic Europe GmbH ("GLE"), a Swiss-based investor focused on sustainable tree investments, has announced the completion of a majority share acquisition in Green Logic Switzerland AG ("GLS"). GLE invests and supports companies in the decarbonization sector across Europe and engages in direct investments in tree plantations, forestry projects, aiming to contribute to both timber harvesting and carbon reduction through its own portfolio of trees. Green Logic Switzerland AG, a company specializing in tree investments, owns subsidiaries in Croatia with an own tree stand of approximately 35,000 Paulownia trees (Empress Tree) on around 80 hectares of land. The company works closely with BIOTECH, a center for biotechnological research and development in Croatia, through its 100% owned subsidiary Green Logic Systems in Croatia, which has been collaborating with Green Logic Switzerland for about five years, providing the necessary international scientific expertise and EU certifications for Paulownia tree cultivation.
