2024 Annual General Meeting of TeamViewer SE – Shareholders elect new Supervisory Board member and approve all agenda items with large majority Goppingen, June 07, 2024: At this year’s Annual General Meeting of TeamViewer SE, 57.28% of the share capital was represented. The event was held as a virtual meeting, enabling shareholders to directly interact and ask questions live. Shareholders approved all agenda items, including the appointment of Dr. Joachim (Joe) Heel as a new independent member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. He joins Ralf W. Dieter (chairman), Dr. Abraham (Abe) Peled, Dr. Jörg Rockenhäuser, Swantje Conrad, Axel Salzmann, Hera Kitwan Siu and Christina Stercken on the Supervisory Board. Heel succeeds Stefan Dziarski, Partner at private equity firm Permira, who resigned as a member of the Supervisory Board of TeamViewer effective 11 December 2023.
