Knaus Tabbert agrees with its bank syndicate upon amendment of loan conditions

EQS-Ad-hoc: Knaus Tabbert AG / Key word(s): Financing/Contract Knaus Tabbert AG today signed an amendment agreement to the existing syndicated loan facility. Based on Knaus Tabbert's multi-year planning for the years 2025-2027 (validated in the Independent Business Review by FTI-Andersch AG), the bank syndicate led by COMMERZBANK AG agreed to amend the existing loan agreement. Other syndicate partners are Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich AG Zweigniederlassung Süddeutschland.
The key points relate also to an adjustment of the financial covenants over the remaining term of the loan agreement until June 2027. As a further consequence of the signed amendment agreement and unless otherwise approved by the bank syndicate, the company is not allowed to pay any dividends or similar distributions to its shareholders in the years 2025 and 2026.
