Mutares successfully completes the acquisition of Alan Dick Communications Limited from Panasonic Europe BV - Strengthens the Engineering & Technology segment - Provider of critical communication and security systems for UK rail infrastructure - Acquisition highly complementary to Gemini Rail Group - Company with revenues of approx. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) has successfully completed the acquisition of Alan Dick Communications Limited ("ADComms") from Panasonic Europe BV. Headquartered in Scunthorpe, UK, the company employs around 100 people and expects revenues of approx. EUR 40 million for the next year. ADComms provides critical communications and security systems such as CCTV and passenger information systems to the UK rail sector. The acquisition marks the third transaction in the UK and strengthens Mutares' presence in the UK Rail sector. ADComms is highly complementary to the existing portfolio company Gemini Rail Group, which was acquired in 2018 from Knorr-Bremse.
