Ekosem-Agrar AG: Supervisory Board appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Walldorf, 21 December 2022 - At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of Ekosem-Agrar AG appointed Mr. Alexander Krastilevskiy as a new member of the Executive Board (CFO) of Ekosem-Agrar AG. He will succeed Wolfgang Bläsi, who will leave at the end of 2022 as announced in July this year, but will remain active as a consultant for Ekosem-Agrar Group, particularly for capital market and legal issues in Germany.

Alexander Krastilevskiy was most recently CFO of a division of SUEK Group, the largest Russian coal producer, and previously experienced as vice-president in the largest Russian crude oil producer and one of the world's largest energy companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in Russia in various industries with international focus and has been with the EkoNiva Group since April 2022.
