EQS News goes live: DGAP reporting service of EQS Group AG now has a new online presence

The reporting service DGAP (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ad-hoc Publizität) has been part of EQS Group AG for almost 20 years and this is now also reflected in the name: DGAP.de has become EQS News. The new online presence appears in a fresh design and offers many exciting functions and innovative features when it comes to searching for, displaying, and filtering company news such as ad hoc announcements (insider information), corporate news and information about voting rights. Visitors are automatically redirected to EQS News via the DGAP.de website, but the portal can also be accessed directly via the eqs-news.com link.

On the EQS News portal, all previous functionalities are available to the 20,000 registered DGAP users. In addition to the new “Events” section, which will be further expanded over the coming months, an overview of upcoming webinars and capital market events is now also provided in line with the motto: “Financial News and Events Directly From The Source”. Investors will thus not only have access to financial news in real time but will also be able to register directly for events in the future. With the planned connection to EQS Roadshow Manager in the EQS IR COCKPIT, a further step will be implemented to facilitate online or face-to-face contact between institutional investors and listed companies.

The EQS News portal, which is also available in an English language version, reflects all the content of the DGAP website which has recently become somewhat outdated, not only for desktop PCs but also for all mobile devices. Thanks to the responsive new design, watchlist users can always keep an eye on their individual company overviews, even when they are on the move. The watchlists are migrated from DGAP to EQS News and are available immediately after registration.

The content and functions of the new portal are also mapped in the new EQS News app which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Users who have created a watchlist in the app will receive push notifications when the companies they have selected publish news.

New name, new design and all company news in real time

Are you only seeking certain types of news or reports? The advanced filters and new search functions provide a quick overview of all publications on Europe’s leading reporting service. They can then read the news in the quick view or bookmark it for later study.
