In-house engineering team within fox e-mobility group begins work.

Preliminary agreement with Akkodis Germany

Today, fox e-mobility AG signed a preliminary agreement with Akkodis Germany, which establishes the cornerstones of the collaboration in the development and production of the first drivable prototype of the MIA 2.0. The prototype is to be presented at international trade fairs, including one in Paris in fall 2026, and then further developed for the testing phase and type approval.

The preliminary agreement lays the foundation for Akkodis Germany, together with the new, experienced engineering team within the fox e-mobility Group (FOXMIA Germany GmbH), to manage the development phase as planned. As a global consulting firm for digital engineering and part of the Adecco Group, Akkodis is represented in over 30 countries with around 50,000 engineers and tech consultants, contributing comprehensive expertise in complex vehicle projects.

Proprietary new engineering team in the fox e-mobility Group

fox e-mobility AG has commissioned FOXMIA (Germany) GmbH/Düsseldorf, founded as a shelf company in 2023, to produce a drivable prototype by September 2026 and to cooperate technically with Akkodis Germany.

By recruiting a team of highly experienced former Akkodis Germany employees and a top designer, fox e-mobility AG has succeeded in capitalizing on the latest developments in the German automotive industry. The entire team brings to fox e-mobility group almost 100 years of experience in the field of complete vehicle development and production, as well as design/styling.

Today, Frank Huff was appointed Head of Engineering at FOXMIA (Germany). Frank Huff has held over 30 years of management positions, including 13 years as Director and most recently as Vice President at Akkodis Germany GmbH, Sindelfingen, where he was primarily responsible for complete vehicle development and later for concept vehicles (development and production). He has, among other things, an excellent international network of suppliers and major automotive manufacturers (OEMs).

As a project manager and systems engineer, Michael Förster led various complete vehicle development projects from concept phase to series production on behalf of Ford Werke GmbH, Mercedes-Benz AG, Ineos Automotive, and Lightyear. Michael Förster was responsible for managing and coordinating the development of body shell, exterior, interior, EE, digital integration with external partners. Michael Förster`s contract with Akkodis end in October 2025 and he will assume the role of Director of Program Management at FOXMIA (Germany) with effect from 1 November 2025.

Today, Serdar Soyal, designer of the award-winning design concept for the MIA 2.0, has been appointed Head of Design at FOXMIA (Germany). Serdar began his career in 2011 assisting Murat Günak, one of the most renowned designers in the German automotive industry in the developed the first generation of the MIA. During his 14 years of professional experience, Serdar has performed significant design works for various major automakers worldwide, developing a mid-size electric SUV and Sedan, a sports car for the US market, and numerous other pioneering mobility projects.

Today, Frank Leopold has been appointed Director of Concept Engineering at FOXMIA (Germany). Frank was responsible for concept vehicle design and construction at Opel for over 25 years and, among other things, led the development and construction of various Opel concept cars before joining Akkodis Germany as Director of Vehicle Concepts, Design (Styling), and Packaging.

The new team is enthusiastically behind the MIA 2.0 project and therefore is starting work even before completion of the current capital increase.

The share subscription period for fox e-mobility AG shareholders is due to expire on 1 October 2025. Thereafter, qualified Investors will be given the opportunity to subscribe new shares within a short subscription window.
