OTI Greentech AG: Postponement of the publication of the 2024 consolidated and annual financial statements and the Annual General Meeting for the 2024 financial year
Berlin, August 28, 2025 – OTI Greentech AG (ISIN DE000A2TSL22), an internationally active provider of innovative and sustainable chemicals and services for industry listed on the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange, announces that the publication of the consolidated financial statements for the 2024 financial year has been further postponed. The consolidated financial statements are now scheduled to be published on October 30, 2025. The Annual General Meeting for the 2024 financial year is to take place on December 11, 2025. The postponement of these dates has become necessary because the financial statements of some subsidiaries are not yet final. There are no operational reasons for the postponement.
