ESPG extends lease with Silicon Labs in Hallbergmoos by five years
 

Cologne, 23 February 2026 – European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company specialising in science parks, has extended its lease agreement with US semiconductor company Silicon Labs at its Hallbergmoos location for a further five years. The agreement covers approximately 400 square metres of rental space at Science Park AERO49.

Science Park AERO49 comprises a total rental area of 15,273 square metres and is tailored to the needs of technology-oriented companies. Its immediate proximity to Munich Airport ensures excellent international connectivity. The location concept is further enhanced by an on-site canteen and its direct location adjacent to O₂ SURFTOWN.
