Accentro announces approval by majority of groups and court confirmation of the restructuring plan in StaRUG proceedings

Berlin, 23 September 2025 – Accentro announces that the restructuring plan submitted by the company under StaRUG was today adopted with the approval of four of the five voting groups and confirmed by the competent restructuring court in the discussion and voting meeting. The company will begin implementing the restructuring plan in a timely manner. Accentro has provided detailed information on the planned measures under the restructuring plan in its recent announcements (see in particular the ad hoc announcements on 29 March and 25 July 2025).
